Submit a short film that features a Wisconsin musician, vocalist, band or other musical group, and runs no more than 7 minutes in length including credits. Films can take the form of a mini-documentary, music video, depiction of a live performance or performances, or experimental piece. Filmmaker-musicians may use themselves as the subject if desired. Films can use archival footage, but must have been edited or completed within the last year (since January 1, 2010). Films submitted for last year’s MMMMMMF are not eligible. There is no cost to submit, and filmmakers may submit up to two short films each. Filmmakers are responsible for securing any necessary releases and permissions for the content of their films.
