Tate Bunker , with his music video of Uncle Larry's ' The Life & Times of Frederick Caesar wins both the Audience and Judges Awards at the first annual Milwaukee Mad March Music Mini-Movie Festival. Festival organizers Kathleen Fischer, Ross Bigley, John VanSlyke and Kari Mattek were extremely pleased with the large turnout and quality of the material submitted. While there weren't prizes for second place, this event drew nuggets including original 1980's footage of the Violent Femmes, Underground Music Festival, a childrens video with ERoch, and an Ed Wood-esque sci-fi adventure featuring IfIHadaHiFi.
